"Nice staff, comfortable bed, well equipped gym and convenient location in Business Bay."

"Brekfast could have been better, but pastry was good!"

"Lovely rooms with view over canal. Breakfast good. Modern hotel with good pool and outdoor bar restaurant"

"It’s a bit far from everything else in Dubai although the Burj Khalifa/mall/fountains is about a 20 minute walk"

"Even in difficult times, we felt safe and well cared for at the hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and did everything to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. And the view of the most beautiful building in the world, the Burj Khalifa, was absolutely unforgettable."

"Close to everything. Have plenty of amenities inside."

"Not all staff were up to date with everything. Had to ask a few different staff members to go about something. But overall they were still good and nice"

"Excellent stay with outstanding staff I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Dubai Downtown. The hotel is very well located, comfortable, and clean, but what truly made the experience special was the staff. At the reception, Shon was incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful. From the first moment, he made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Housekeeping was excellent thanks to Santosh. The room was always perfectly clean, fresh, and well organized. His attention to detail really stood out. At the Bread House, Rita provided exceptional service. She was very kind, attentive, and her English was excellent, which made communication easy and pleasant. She truly added warmth to every breakfast. Overall, a great hotel with amazing staff. I would definitely recommend Pullman Dubai Downtown and would love to stay here again"

"We spent 4 nights at this hotel and truly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect if you want to be in Downtown and close to Burj Khalifa. Everything was very clean, the staff were welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. A big plus is how close it is to the metro, shops, and restaurants. Definitely a place I would recommend."
