"very clean and comfortable mini studio adjacent (ground level) to the host's home. He's a caring&friendly owner who makes sure you got everything you need. Kitchenette has a sink, kettle, cutlery&dishes and a microwave, no oven! Get something from the Food court on the highway (you'll find it on Google) and reheat it here. If you're cold, ask the host to turn on the heating, he will kindly do so. Russian speaking only but that's not a problem. He provided nuts&dried apricots as a welcome gift, that was really sweet."

"Location is a bit difficult to find and may be challenging for a small car as the last bit of the road is a dirt road and somewhat steep."

"Բարեհամբույր, հոգատար անձակազմ։ Մաքուր և հարմարավետ կահավորված հյուրատուն ընտանեկան հանգիստ անցկացնելու համար։ Հնարավորություն վայելել մեկ գավաթ սուրճ կամ թեյ այգում նստած ,և հիանալ Վայքի ձորերով։ Հյուրատնից հասանելի են Վայոցձորի տեսարժան և պատմական վայրերը։ Շնորհակալություն Mark հյուրատանը😊"

"Нас встретили очень радушно и заботливо! Хозяева сдают первый этаж, ремонт новый, все новое- плита, чайник, микроволновка, холодильник, чистая ванная комната, хороший напор воды, чистое постельное белье и полотенца. Место природное, красивое, видны скалистые горы и Арарат. Хозяйка предложила завтрак, мы готовили самостоятельно - на кухне все есть. Кухня и ванная отдельная для жильцов рядом с комнатой. Нам очень понравилось! Действительно замечательное место!"

"We had a truly memorable stay at this guesthouse during our trip through Armenia. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel completely at home. "I really liked the apartment. It fully corresponds to the description and photo. We were glad to stay here! It's literally 2 minutes to Republic Square, right in the center. There is a store in the building where you can buy everything you need. The owner is so friendly. All issues were resolved immediately. The apartment is clean, beautiful , have enough utensils. All necessary household appliances were available, including a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven. The equipments were like new. Spacious and comfortable accommodation for 5 - 6 people. Towels, toothbrushes, shampoo - everything is available.There are comfortable beds,lots of closets for storing clothes. The slippers and robes were a pleasant surprise. Cozy, clean, bright with a good bathroom and shower. Everything you need for a comfortable stay and most importantly everything is within walking distance!"
