"Location. Next to lake. You can see lake sunrise and sunset. Food is good."

Sound proof should be better. Everyone will wake up if somebody using the toilet. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay.

"The apartment was stocked with many basic food items: Bread, butter, margarine, tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, juice, milk, coke, and snacks, to the best of my memory. This was essential because we arrived at 3:00 AM and had to be ready for a tour at 6:00 AM. Also, some of that is expensive to buy when you must leave it behind if you are only there a few days. We liked that there was a security guard there and the building and area felt safe. Laundry facilities."

"Nice setting, clean and comfortable room. Liked seeing the wildlife and walking the trails. In addition to the pool there's also table tennis, a football table and other games you can play which is a nice touch."

There was no tea or coffee in the room. Instead coffee was changed at an excessive rate. The same applies to the resturant: I always expect to pay over the odds in a place like this but this really was excessive! The final thing I thought was harsh is the 10 am check out time especially at low season.

"The room was spacious, organized, and clean. In addition, the sun came shining in throughout the morning. We had access to many amenities (including kitchenette!). The location is in a quiet town, where everyone is friendly. We needed to stay a second night, and they happily extended our stay."

An even bigger surprise was the authentic Sichuan cuisine at the guesthouse – the best I've had in Brazzaville! I highly recommend the grilled fish and hot pot."

- Sadly the noise isolation is very bad in the room and you can hear people in the hallway like they are next to you.

The beds and pillows were too soft for our liking.

This literally is the city centre of Nuuk with all the convenience and facilities that brings but has a small town feel due to Nuuk being only 19000 people. I was easily able to walk to anywhere in central Nuuk including the waterfront. The washing machine was very convenient, I cooked several times in the kitchen and the balcony on the western side was a nice touch. The views are amazing and the Aurora is visible from your room but is better viewed away from the brightly lit centre of town."

The windows need to be cleaned.

Ние бяхме с автомобил и паркирахме в закрит платен паркинг точно да хотела. Стаите са изключително комфортни, широки и удобни. Има и всекидневна част с канапе и кафе машина. Може да си настроите климатика на по-висока или по-ниска температура."

It was perfect, absolutely nothing lacked.

Oversimplified decor. Access to mobile showerhead restricted, watermarks above skirting board outside shower in the hallway.

"Very clean and spacious in a quiet neighbourhood. 10 mins to a little beach and 25 mins walk to the old center. Johnny is very welcoming and speaks excellent English and Dutch amongst other languages. He arranged airport transfers and transfers to Cidade Velha which all went smoothly. There is a cafe and few restaurants round the corner and a pretty restaurant by the beach."

"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.
