"A small hostel-style place. It's located on a fair distance to public transports, restaurants, shops, as well as the beach. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We liked the style of the whole place. Unfortuneately, we had a bad experience one of the nights with another guest, but this had nothing to do with the hosts or the hostel itself, and the hosts were quick to act and made sure that guest had to leave the next day. The hosts even offered us to compensate us, even if the incident wasn't their fault at all. So a big thank you to host Layla and her husband!"

The area around the hostel can be considered a bit rough. Otherwise I have no complaints at all - as I said, the incident had nothing to do with the hostel itself and the host acted very professional to prevent it from happening again.

"Very friendly service, it was very clean. Very safe, the beds are pure white and comfortable, luxurious kitchen and sitting room. I will stay there definitely again. Thank you very much."

"The location of this apartment is amazing! Walking distance to the lake, restaurants, and supermarkets. The apartment was super clean, modern, and equipped with all the basic items. Tatyana was very helpful and responded quickly to messages when we had questions. Would definitely come back!"

"Quiet neighbourhood but not secluded. Close to Blue Bay, very close to Kokomo Beach for great snorkelling early in the day, and the flamingo habitat was always fun to check out. Grocery store was a 5 minute drive away. Many restaurant choices a short drive away. 10-15 mins from downtown Willemstad, with plenty of parking near the Fort. Ed was a wonderful host! And the private pool at the end of a long hot day was a blessing."

Could not find coffee filters for the coffee machine in any store…:)

La habitación me sorprendió gratamente: además de ser muy bonita y luminosa, resultó muy cómoda y estaba equipada con una cocina que tenía todo lo necesario para preparar mis comidas. La piscina es amplia y agradable, ideal para relajarme después de pasar el día en la playa. Sin duda, lo que más destaco son las vistas increíbles que hicieron mi estancia aún más especial. "Position of the apartment Is abosolutely perfect. Metro and all the Transport are really near and Easy tò take it. we have a 3 month-old baby . our journey finished in the morning but we have the Flight in the evening and Adrienn was kind enough to let us stay in the warmth of the apartment until we left for the airport. "Excellent apartment with everything you could need- comfortable bed, great shower, small kitchenette with microwave & oven, dishwasher & kettle. Located half way between the train/bus station & old town but shops/restaurants are close by. Lovely host who was very accommodating and response to my queries. Would definitely stay here again."

It did mention washing machine, but there wasn’t one in the apartment, but there may have been one available for the apartment complex. I didn’t need to do washing so didn’t follow up about it.

The air-conditioning system was not working properly but it was running. They should have provided drinking water bottles.

"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

"The ideal spot for Cavtat! Perfect for relaxing and for everything else! The hosts were amazing! Nick, Anne Marie and there family were so kind and generous. We stayed two days extra and it felt like home! With sun and a refreshing pool to keep cool."

"Simple ,cozy, nearby to city center…the owner very kind and generous!!!… they can speak english very well…you will feel exactly like home sweet home…"

Main window is in the bedroom, so the livingroom is kind of dark, but with lights on it didn't bother me.

"everything was just perfect and the stuff was super amazing people like Tima, Cecilia and Fanya also the chef, was my first time being in Mozambique and I was lucky to choose 40/40 accomodation for my stayand it motivated me to come back again that side spends my holidays."

Network was poor but I can't blame the guesthouse it's was also everywhere I went in Mozambique.

Taxi system in the country

"Very comfortable sleeping room, big kitchen and dining room area. Everything you need regarding cleaning, washing and household. Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. So everything was awesome!"

It is a little hard to find and it might not be a bad idea to have some instructions in thai for the driver, we spent a while locating it. Once found it was easy enough to find again.
