"The lady was a nice and warm person. I had a great experience here. The location is very convenient, the heart of Tbilisi city. Many tourist places are walking distance. Facilities are also good. It comes with a laundry machine and cooking equipment. The room is spacious and clean."

"We had a very comfortable and quiet 2 week stay in the Sunset Room. The entire cottage is beautiful and immaculately kept by Demi. We had everything we needed to cook at home but also enjoyed many meals out at local restaurants. Our morning coffee on the balcony before our daily walks on Shoal Bay beach (5 min drive away) were a great way to start each day. Use of the laundry facilities was much appreciated. Hot shower, quality towels, linens and bath products. Demi was very helpful with recommendations. The location was great as we had a car to explore the island. Nothing in Anguilla is far. We loved everything about the island and would highly recommend any of the rooms at The Hidden Cottage."

Their professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. The property is also very well connected, which made getting around easy and convenient. "We are a family of 6 and we spent 20 days in this 3 bedroom spacious and comfortable house with excellent facilities and everything worked well starting from the air conditioning in all of the rooms, the standby generator, kitchen appliances ie: boiler, washing machine, fridge, kettle, microwave, cooker etc, big smart TV with Netflix amazon prime in the living room. Located in the city centre and close to the shops and restaurants with easy street parking. The house also have a well maintained private front garden where residents can relax.. The house has been recently refurbished."

Frequent power cuts in the city but with a standby generator on site we always have electricity in J Nova residential.

"Jelena met us at the property and gave us the keys. From before our arrival through until we were in the taxi back to the airport at the end of our stay, she was very helpful. The apartment has been reviewed accurately by others. It's very comfortable and in a wonderful location ... NokNok, a great Thai restaurant with a lunch combo deal, is very close by. We would definitely come back."

If you prefer a firmer mattress, you may find the bed too soft. That's the only thing we can think of.

It is near the downtown area of Luanda, within walking distance of the Marginal, Fortaleza de Sao Miguel, Fortaleza Shopping, Banco do Angola, Church of Our Lady of the Remedies, Museum of Anthropology and Palacio de Ferro. There is a supermarket and some cafes and coffee shops within a few minutes walk. Blue Breeze also organised airport transfers to both Luanda airports, and a great day tour to the Miradoura de Lua, Ilha do Mussulo and Meseo da Escrevatura. Couldn't really ask for more."

Unfortunately, one or two street kids waiting in the street outside were unusually persistent and bothersome, even to the point of almost causing car accidents. The local street vendors and security will shoo them away, but they seem to come back the moment as soon as one steps outside.

A bit of coordination initially to get to the property due to the road, but the owner was wonderful at making it easy, and other taxis had no problem getting there after my initial attempt.

"Decent apartment, location very good, near to beaches and tennis courts, ideal for those with bikes like us especially. Grocery store not far away on site - this one is quite expensive so would advise shopping at Spar or Lidl which are a 12 minute drive away. Soar has a good selection of cooked food so you can buy meals there quite cheaply to save time. Atmosphere on the site is nice, and no problems with noisy guests. 2nd year in a row staying there, hopefully will return again."

The properties never have enough electrical sockets, so bring an extension cable or you’ll have problems charging phones etc.

"The apartment complex was in a fabulous location and it was nice to have a living area downstairs and a garden area as extra space (though we didn't end up using either much). The apartment had everything we needed and the balcony was lovely too - excellent mountain views."

It would have been nice to have a bit more information about how you hire bikes and use the laundry (both had a charge) provided in the folder in the flat, but Edi was very good at replying to our questions.

"The room was spacious, clean and generally well-kept. Staff were friendly and responsive to our requests. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The only point to note is that not all the suites in this category have a view over Gyeongbokgung Palace - when we wrote before our trip to double check, we were told that most of those suites are booked by long-term guests, and when we arrived there were indeed no suites with a palace view available. However, our suite had a great city view, including Namsan Tower and a view directly over Jogyesa Temple. We also got to enjoy sunrise every morning from our room, so for a winter stay it was very nice. The hotel also kindly stored a suitcase for us for a few days after we checked out. Great location, highly recommend."

"Gorgeous view of Treichville. Thoughtful renovations, like a luxury hotel. The kitchenette was adequate and I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water. Hot showers and air conditioning. Great location in the centre of Plateau but note that the neighbourhood is deserted after sunset and on weekends. Still, I felt safe because of the security guards around important buildings."

Only one functioning elevator. Location and elevator can be difficult to find. Check-in instructions could be more descriptive. There are no signs for the apartment suites on the ground floor. The elevator is on the right passage as you walk inside the building. The reception is on the 14th floor.

The adress was a little bit complicated because the entrance is in the inner part of the block.

"Our whole family loved this place. The garden setting is beautiful and very well maintained, and the kids absolutely loved the pool — it was a real highlight for them. The location is superb: close to the beach and right by the marine reserve, which made for some of the best snorkelling we experienced. A fantastic spot for a relaxed family stay."

"Breakfast quite good . But one day the coffee machine spoil and cannot do the coffee. If possible need to have one spare coffee machine in case one not working then can use the spare one."

Install one coffee machine in the room like Nespresso machine so we can enjoy coffee in the room
