"Room was very nice, new and comfortable. Breakfast was also great, not a buffet style but they brought us everything that we asked for. Everyone was nice & helpful. Underground parking was very handy. Location is great, walking distance to Old town, shops, bars & restaurants. In overall very pleasant stay, would definitely recommend."

"Breakfast started a bit late, at 7:30 am. It would be nice to have an earlier option for those who need to leave early for any reason."

"Fantastic location within a very short walk into Mostar’s old town made even better with the convenient and free hotel parking outside. Right beside the hotel is a shop and a petrol station too making it ideal for a base whilst on a road trip. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast buffet was good enough to fill us up until the afternoon."

"We found the air conditioner couldn’t get the room cool enough for our liking which meant we were a bit too hot overnight. (That said this seemed to be a universal problem during our trip through the Balkans in August. Near impossible to get any room cooler than 23°c)"

"The Hotel is well located 7min walk from old bridge. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Underground car park is free for use and is priceless during Summer heatwaves. Breakfast is good. The room is very nice and big with a large fridge, microwave and TV. Wifi was good too. Bathroom is nice and spacious but the shower tile flooring could use some refreshing. The Hallways, reception and lounge was so well air-conditioned."

"There was a couple of mosquitoes (I believe) in the shower. No black tea provided in the rooms although there was at breakfast. We had to unplug the fridge as it was quite noisy."
