"Fantastic location - on the Waterloo battlefield in the British and Allied positions. Breakfast was much better than I expected having read reviews (we enjoyed it) and there was ample parking during October Half term holidays."

"The Team is one of the friendliest I had the pleasure to be serviced by! Being located right in the Waterloo battleground was fascinating. They take such good care of us. This includes the staff of the adjacent, very good restaurant! Keep it up, Team!"

"The staff were very nice and helpful although it was a struggle to communicate due to their English level. Breakfast was good and the hotel room that I was given was nice with views to the battlefield. The area is quiet at night and I slept very well."

"Perfect location for anyone visiting the battlefield site and museum, excellent restaurant, very busy with locals. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and although on the basic side, the room was perfectly adequate and the view over the farm of Le Hay Saint was just glorious. Very comfortable bed as well"

"This is not a new hotel and you may notice its age if you are minded to look for it. I would suggest your time is better spent enjoying the location instead"
