"It was very convenient, they let us check in early and the room was modern and very comfortable. They have an amazing service and are ready to help with anything. It's in a gated community with private security. A little nature escape from the city."

"This hotel is located in a quiet residential area few minutes walk from the main plaza Upon arriving at the airport a tax was waiting as requested. The check in process was smooth and I was given a large room with a bed to match . English is surprisly well spoken after having a challenge with hotels in Santa Cruz. They also arranged very pleasant tours to the vineyards. The breakfast was adequate for a hotel in that range . Will go back again for more tours ."

"So comfortable, I didn't want to leave! I really struggled to get of bed, in a good way, and the huge variety of seating in the reception area is great. Food was delicious and freshly made. "The staff were so lovely and helpful. When I went to Valle de la Luna, Rolando have him his phone number in case of emergencies, which I really appreciated for safety. The location was also great. They were also very flexible when my flight was cancelled and I had to change my reservation at the last minute. Finally, when I rebooked after my flight was cancelled, I had booked a tipi with a shared bathroom instead of the private bathroom in my original reservation, and they tranquillizzata reached out to me to check if this correct (indeed, it wasn't, and they then changed me to a room with a private bathroom!)"
