"Extremely friendly staff! Very nice surroundings, excellent location on the river. Delicious food with enormous portions. Simple, but clean and cozy. Fishing possibility on site."

Bathroom is needing little repair works.

"A different place to stay. A wood cabin but with all facilities such as fridge, single ring cooker, air conditioning, huge varanda with room for a dining table and chairs plus recliner chairs and a washing rack. Wonderful views of the Duero river. Pick up the train (one kilometre walk away) to Pinhao - 30 minute journey along the edge of the river-for food shopping and long, lazy lunches or to Porto for a day out. Rail fares in Portugal are very cheap and half price if over 65!"

A request: a reading light in the dining room/lounge area

"Wunderbare und herzliche Gastgeber. Die Feierabende waren entspannt, ruhig und entschleunigend. Sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt."

Nur ein einziger Punkt wäre verbesserungswürdig. Verdunklungsrollos im Bereich der Schlafbereich würden für etwas längere Nächte sorgen :-)

Der Gastgeber Franck ist sehr nett und er erklärt auch wunderbar die Handhabung des Dingis, so dass man auch jederzeit an Land gehen kann. Möchte man aber bei so einem paradiesischen Hausboot gar nicht :-). Mehr Karibik geht nicht!"

"A unique experience you will always remember. The private boat tour to the cabin with our guide Thomas was amazing. The view and serenity are second to none. The cabin is modern and clean. The bed is comfy. Temperature was great. The included food was delicious and so much."

Remember you are in a very fancy tent on the glacier lagoon rather than a hotel room :) All very clearly communicated so no surprise, but beware that the toilet is a fraction of an airplane toilet with no real door, there is no shower, and you need to be super careful with everything.

"Всичко беше на ниво! Много е чисто, уютно, с много богата закуска! Локацията е перфектна, на 15 мин. с трамвай до центъра (Карловия мост). Много хубава гледка имахме от стаята (с изглед към реката), плуват бели лебеди и зеленоглави патици. Препоръчвам го!"
