"The Staff on shift was AMAZING!!! She was very helpful, kind and went above and beyond to assist us with our needs- she was EXCELLENT!!! She is a real asset to the company and I hope her boss recognises her talents. Great customer service- responsive to emails, messages online and provided a WhatsApp number and was prompt in answering questions e.g. cost of a taxi etc"
"Lack of hot water at night to shower Some black particles came out of the shower- maybe the filter needs to be changed or cleaned NO CARD machine to pay onsite- BRING CASH TO PAY or this creates ISSUES FOR YOU AS THE CUSTOMER Difficult to find at night"

"As already with our first visit, we felt absolutely fantastic staying here! Even if we booked and arrived on a rather short notice we were given a spotless room with a very cozy bed and again, the staff was so kind and helpful. "All in all a recommended stay! The room as well as the bathroom were spacious enough and very clean, the bed was big and very comfy. :) We arrived at the hotel quite a bit later than expected and had thus been in touch with the staff, the contact via booking.com has been reliable and very friendly. Also the lady that welcomed us in person when we arrived was very kind. Would go again!"

"aircon, spacious rooms, beautifully rural located, etc."
"The hosts were pleasant, the property was very close to nearby malls and air conditioning worked well given that Botswana summers are very hot."
Mabote Beemoka Bed & Breakfast
"The host was amazing and very friendly, he even went out of his way to come look for us as we were getting lost and we didn't have network. The host communicated very well with us from when we made our booking until our arrival. They provided us with everything we needed even things we didn't expect since it was self-catering. The wifi coverage is amazing and from myself and my friends we will definitely come back and recommend your place anytime."
