"Very friendly and accommodating hosts who went all the way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The room was clean, quiet, and functionally equipped. Free daily water replenishment in the room. Caye Caulker is a small island, so (almost) everywhere is walkable from here."

"Lovely clean rooms, close to all shops and restaurants, comfy bed, good aircon and nice staff."

"As other reviewers have mentioned, it is incredibly noisey due to backing onto a family with loads of barking dogs and screaming adults and children. Didn’t go on super late into evening but not one for early nights."

"Beautiful, tastefully decorated and immaculately clean cabanas. A nice location, a few minutes out of town, away from the hustle and bustle of the high season bars and restaurants. We took a different route on out stroll into town each morning to explore the different streets. The host Davide was was lovely. So welcoming and helpful and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend Dream Cabanas and would stay again."

"Lovely, clean room. Fresh towels daily, and plenty of toiletries. Attentive and friendly staff (although children were working on the property - not sure if paid or unpaid)."

"The setting of the cabanas and the restaurant is spectacular! It feels very remote, like you are in the middle of nature. The property overlooks the river which has a very pretty turquoise color. It was very relaxing. The owner's brother helped us go for a kayak on the river - very friendly and helpful. We were able to swim from the deck, it was a great experience. The rope swing you see in the photos isn't there anymore. There is a current, but we didn't find it very strong (be careful - it might change depending on the time of the year?) The nearby town is a short walk away - try the French bakery (best to go in the morning when the selection is big). The excursion tour companies picked us up at the cabanas, even though it is out of town. It was a short drive to the temple, and about an hour drive to the cave tubing. The property is well maintained and the staff were very friendly."

"Cute spot away from the busyness and noise of San Pedro. Lovely rooms with AC. Bed was comfortable. You can see the ocean from the property and enjoy an ocean breeze. All the staff and owner were very helpful and friendly. Great coffee! Near lots of restaurants and the Truck Stop."

"Sam ensured that he contacted us by text so we would reach the property without difficulties. The last leg to Sattva Land could do with a bit of work as it was a bit tricky. Glad that it did not rain as this would have been a bit challenging being in the rainforest. I would not hesitate to visit again with my family as the surroundings was tranquil, beautiful, clean, and the rooms were fabulous. Sam was lovely and easy to talk to and he did his best to make our stay a wonderful experience."
