"Un departamento muy bien equipado. Muy cómodo. Muy limpio. El estacionamiento bien localizado, buena vista y con carro porta valijas para no cargalas. Realmente un lugar muy bueno."

"The location and views are fantastic. The staff were really nice and the food was amazing."

Some steuctures needed repair, like the wooden steps.

"Good location for both walking to some decent restaurants and for tour pick ups. Very clean room with both comfortable beds and pillows and very quiet. Aircon worked well and perfectly adequate breakfast. Only Spanish is spoken, but with google translate guests can manage. They were so pleasant, felt it was a shame we couldn’t discuss with the owners what we had been doing with our time in Santiago!"

Only one fault was the bathroom needed a new toilet seat. Everything else was great in the bathroom and bedroom.

"The accommodation is hand built by the owner, Carlos, and is very rustic and quirky, with interesting aspects at every turn. We ate a comprehensive breakfast every morning and Carlos cooked beautiful evening meals at our request. Carlos’s background is in tourism and he provided us with information and recommendations that made our stay in Antuco, and subsequent trips south to other national parks, efficient, complete and very very enjoyable. The views of the volcano as the sun was setting were superb…..in fact, unforgettable."

"The location is within easy walking distance of the centre of Rancagua, on the other side of the railway line. The complex is enclosed and the caretakers at reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We needed a place that was good value for an extended stay and offered us a bit of space, which this did. The apartment has a balcony that overlooks a sparkling swimming pool."

We felt safe in the complex and moving about during the day, but it is not an area where we felt comfortable walking at night, mostly because it is a semi-industrial area, and so there's not much light or activity after dark. The apartment needs a deep clean and is very run down. There is broken furniture and appliances, eg the kettle lid was completely broken off and the toaster burnt out (we sent the owner pictures of both, but neither was attended to). It's a pity, because it is potentially a great apartment.

"Fuimos por un tema familiar y nos atendieron de maravillas, el lugar es cálido y acogedor, rodeado de naturaleza y espacios que cuentan historias. Nos regalonearon con unos desayunos de alto impacto…. Todo exquisito y recién preparado… Las camas impecables, las toallas y las instalaciones tenían todo lo necesario para cubrir nuestros picoteos de la tarde / noche … La piscina aunque no pudimos disfrutarla como nos hubiese gustado siempre estaba impecable…/"

Devolvernos a la realidad ..: y que ya no nos despierten los pajaritos y mirar el cielo despejado y luminoso de la región de Coquimbo…:.
