"It was truly one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed. The golden grass, surrounding mountains, and horses created such a picturesque and peaceful atmosphere — it felt like paradise. The house itself is small but very cozy and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would love to come back!"

"Margret and Hōdur were very attentive to our problem with the weather alert.They allowed us to leave later and possibly stay another night. The apartment is comfortable and very well equipped. Good location for exploring the area around Reykjavik and the Reykjane peninsula."

"Excellent location. Lots of shelves and storage / clothes hangers for your stuff, which is needed when you’re bringing a lot of jumpers/coats etc for the winter weather! Staff were friendly and helpful. Really nice sheets and comfortable bed. Shower was great. Large safe."

Hotel room was missing some basics we would have expected at this price point for example, no tissue box / shower cap, and toilet paper was very poor quality. A kettle and teapot was provided but no tea bags or milk, so we bought our own from the grocery store. These are small changes but could make the stay much better for guests.
