"Great apartment in the center of Mindelo, very responsive host. We especially appreciated a large, fully equipped kitchen - after a week in hotels it was refreshing to make our own meals. Would certainly stay again!"

"Great location, beautifully furnished at a great price. Perfect for a couple. We enjoyed using the stove to prepare fresh fish from the market. The host arranged for someone to come to the apartment to hand over the keys, because we arrived on a Sunday. We really appreciated the gesture."

"We really like the location in Porto Antigo, not busy or noisy and close to the main street, supermarket/restaurants. Everything surrounding our apartment and the hotel Porto Antigo is very pretty and relaxing, there is a pool available and an almost private beach, good for windy days, only a few steps away from the apartment. Carolina was our host, super friendly and always available when we needed any information. Things to improve, definitely the main bed, a better bed frame and mattress would be highly recommended and the shower is a little temperamental, hot water doesn't last long... We would come back to this place :)"

"The apartment is very large, clean, bright, comfortable, well-equipped. In reality the apartment looks exactly as good as in the photos. All necessary things are in the apartment (cleaning agents, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses and wine opener, clothes dryer, iron, etc.). Two spacious bedrooms, very comfortable mattresses, clean, new bedding. The apartment is located in the center of a new district. The neighbourhood is very safe, there are grocery stores and restaurants. I really loved that place, so comfortable! Very nice and helpful landlord. He pick up me from airport; transfer cost 15€. On the way to apartment he show me city and nice restaurants. I really appreciate that. Area is well connected. The bus ticket costs 43 CVE. There are many taxis on the street. You have to just raise your hand when one is driving by. For 200-300 CVE they will take you to Achada or Plateau."

"As our flight was cancelled, we booked this apartment on very short notice. Everything went well. The location is on the Plato, so it is very central which is convenient. Even so, nights were tranquil. The large bed very comfortable, the small one less comfortable. Very clean. The owner was so nice and accommodating. We can absolutely recommend Apart Nel!"

"The apartment was perfect, regularly cleaned. Marilia is a a great host. Always ready to provide required information about local points of interest. Apartment is relatively close to the centre of Mindelo, about 20mins walk. The local BCA bank is about 5mins walk, where you can exchange your currency to Escudos. The local post office is about 5-6 mins walk. There are local shops. Laginha Beach is about 25 - 30mins walk. It's an excellent apartment located not right in the centre of Mindelo but relatively close to the centre."
