The videos explaining how to get to the apartment and how to access the key were very detailed. I would not hesitate to book the same apartment again."

"It was clean and the kitchen items looked new. We just needed a corkscrew for the bottles of wine. Location was excellent for us as our daughter only lived 5 minutes walk away. Hosts always responded promptly to all of our queries. We arrived in February and the flat was lovely and warm. Very convenient for the supermarket and a bakery/cafe, both very close by. Bus stop just across the road."
