"Pool was very very very nice! Staff is super friendly and responsive! L’Occitaine amenities - it’s from that region - always liked the brand, now I feel the connection. Beds are oh so comfortable!"

"Internet was really spotty and inconsistent - really an issue. Given that o had to go to the lobby to get a good internet connection to complete a work task, I felt a little put out when I was charged for the cup of coffee that the staff brought me - I understand, but that would’ve been a nice way of expressing empathy."
