"Accueil directement par le propriétaire devant la résidence. Bonne communication avant notre arrivée pour l'heure de rendez-vous. Le logement est dans une résidence sécurisée. Il est bien situé et plutôt calme. La literie est bonne et les équipements suffisants (mais on n'a pas beaucoup cuisiné...). Il n'y a pas de parking mais on a réussi à se garer dans la rue chaque fois que nécessaire (coup de chance ?), malgré tout il n'y a pas énormément de places. Centre commercial à 5 minutes à pieds."

"We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the charm of the house, which has a lovely legacy feel with antique decor along with all modern amenities needed for a comfortable family stay. The host was friendly and reachable, and the location was quiet yet only an 8-minute drive from La Châtre. The kids especially enjoyed the indoor games such as pool, air hockey, and foosball."
"Location of the property was wonderful as it was within walking distance to the Rouen Rive Droit train station and downtown Rouen eliminating the need for a rental car to visiting key Rouen attractions (Le Gros Horloge, Notre Dame Cathedrale, Museums). There are plenty of restaurants and stores close by. Apartment was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and cups; it had everything my family needed for a comfortable stay. There were plenty of usb ports throughout appartment to charge our devices. Both the owner and booking.com were responsive when I had issues with damage deposit payment site with my credit card."
