"The location is just superb. It is situated in the very centre of the town. The owner provided a garage nearby, free of charge, which we appreciated. Literally 10 steps from the heart of this very charming village. A nice welcome with a bottle of water and juice."
"In the photos, the apartment looks quite bigger than in reality. The stairs are very steep. The bathroom is tiny, and the floor is very, very slippery The navigation guided us to approach it from the bottom part of the street, which is very narrow to pass through by a car. The only approach available is near the museum."
"Emplacement parfait en plein centre-ville et une carte fournie gratuitement pour utiliser le parking Indigo Grasse Honoré Cresp qui a 2 minutes à pied. Communication parfaite et entrée autonome très facile car bien expliquée."

"Séjour en couple dans cet appartement calme, propre et très bien équipé (clim). Idéalement situé, proximité magasins, musées etc...parking souterrain mis à disposition par le propriétaire. Hôte très prévenant, je recommande cette location pour passer un agréable séjour au soleil et visiter la côte d'Azur!"

"C'est un endroit calme, vraiment propre du fond du jardin à la porte d'entrée. Le couple est vraiment très gentils et avenant .nous n'avons jamais manqué de rien.le petit déjeuné du matin à été un bonheur chaque matin.jai déjà fait des hôtels avec bien moin de qualité degustative. La piscine est très bien sécurisée et très agréable.la chambre très fonctionnel et parfaitement propre. Je vais conseiller le mathis à toutes ma famille pour les voyages de vacance . Merci au propriétaire du mathis mes vacances chez eux on était parfaite."

"Really nice apartment in the heart of Saint Martin Vesubie. Close to the restaurants and and grocery stores. Loved the split level bedroom. The kitchen is really beautiful as well and has everything you need to actually cook. The host is incredible. We didn’t speak French and he doesn’t speak English but we’re able to communicate through translator. He helped us with everything; let us check in early and even drove us for a hike as we didn’t had a car. Truly amazing person and if I ever visit again it would be here"

"Belle maison avec beau design, emplacement calme. Literie ferme qui n'a pas été apprécié par mes rhumatismes, mais qui peut être apprécié par d'autre personne. Beaucoup d'équipements pour la cuisine. Belle espace de vie au RDC"
