"The comfort of the house. It was a hot weekend and the owner has provided tower fans for the bedrooms and there was an AC unit in the living room. The building is also quiet. There is some parking space in the compound but also plenty of parking on the neighbouring street. Supermarkets and restaurants also close by."

"I was on the 3rd floor and the was no lift. This need to be mentioned in case someone has mobility issues ."

"There were fans in the room but these were not efficient enough and we felt suffocated and hot during the night. Moreover, there isn't a lift in the building which makes it difficult to carry luggage bags by hand."

"We felt at home in this apartment. Thank you very much to the organisers. The beds are very comfortable, the apartment is very well equipped. We had a wonderful holiday. We would enjoy coming back. Although we had 7 nights, we still didn't visit everything we wanted to. It was so good that we were leaving late in the morning. We are frequent travellers and we rate 10 with full conviction!"

"Quartos grandes com armários grandes, ar condicionado e aquecimento. Casa de banho com um bom douche e cozinha funcional com o necessário para se servir. Sala com grande TV."

"La ubicación nos permitía desplazarnos por toda la ciudad sin problemas y el aparcamiento por las calles también. Sin embargo, se debe tener en cuenta (como sabíamos por comentarios anteriores), que el parking privado del bloque es estrecho para un coche grande. Además, estaba limpio y con ropa de cama adecuada. Saber también que es un tercero sin ascensor."

"Podría mejorar la calidad de la estancia que hubiese algunos utensilios más de cocina como una escoba o el cubo de la fregona. Por otro lado, nos decepcionó que no hubiese toallas suficientes para cuatro personas y una semana de estancia (aunque el anfitrión nos atendió enseguida y nos proporcionó alguna solución de pago)."
