"Problem with access after arriving 2100hrs after travelling since 0700hrs. Told key would be in grey box. One grey box and two with grey covers. Tried the all grey box but code didn’t work so phoned and advised it was one of the partly grey boxes (it had App 1 written on it which would have been good to advise). Then when opened key was missing. To their credit owners responded quickly and brought key but a hassle we didn’t need."
"the apartment is perfectly equipped for a few days stay, clean, warm and comfortable 👌"

"Exactly as described. Everything we needed for our transit stop. I can see this would be ideal for visiting Tours."
