"La Favorite is a little gem tucked away in a quiet location in the beautiful district of L’hiver in Arcachon. The house is very comfortable and is very well equipped for a really pleasant stay. The garden has plenty of seating and we enjoyed eating meals outside in the September sunshine. Communication with the property owner was excellent’ Very quick responses to any questions we had and always extremely polite. We were met by Christelle the housekeeper who was incredibly sweet and kind and gave us glasses of iced water upon arrival. She made sure we were happy with the property which she had cleaned to a very high standard! We had a lovely relaxing week enjoying walking and discovering the natural beauty and culinary delights of Arcachon. Thank you."

"L'arrivée a été parfaite avec une communication avec Christelle, fort agréable, disponible et ponctuelle. Le logement est parfait, confortable et pratique. La cuisine est très bien équipée en électroménager et petit matériel de cuisine. Les extérieurs sont propres, baignés de soleil, CALME et SANS VIS À VIS. Bien clôturé pour la sécurité des enfants et des animaux. Le point très positif, L'EMPLACEMENT . A 10 mn à pied, vous avez la mer ou le centre ville ou une belle forêt de pins."

"Charmante petite maison de très bon rapport qualité - prix, située dans la magnifique Ville d'Hiver. Le calme du quartier tout en étant proche du centre ville avec commerces et plages (15 à 20 min à pied) en fait une une situation idéale. Intérieur et terrasse très bien aménagés et chaleureux. La gestion des clés pour l'arrivée et le départ a été très facile."

"The host was at the property when we arrived, he showed us how everything worked , was very informative, gave us very clear instructions about the facilities in the apartment and how to access to the apartment. This is a super apartment with washing machine, dishwasher, plenty of storage space and hangers in the wardrobes - there were even umbrellas in the wardrobe!"

"Leicht zu finden mit Parkplatz im Hof. Gute Möglichkeiten mit dem Fahrrad Ausflüge auf Radwegen zu machen. Die Wohnung war geräumig und es war alles sehr gepflegt und und alles nötige vorhanden. Besonders die Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und besonders großem Sonnenschirm war super. Dieses Apartment kann ich sehr empfehlen."

"Nice rural location, quiet ( even though close to road), Nice rear garden. Good nights sleep as comfortable bed and all double glazed so heard no traffic noise at all. House has been renovated to a very good standard , everything you need. Very clean and well kept. Everything provide ( bedding/towels etc) Parking on site. nice rear area , patio, out side furniture, bar b Q Not far from coast,, other nice villages and restaurants Although host lives a great distance, contact was easy and good via telephone/e mail Very good value."
"Die Gastgeber Sylvette und Didier waren unglaublich zuvorkommend und sehr nett! Wir wurden mit Produkten aus der Region verwöhnt und zu einem Begrüßungsdrink eingeladen. Die Lage ist für Besichtigungen von Avignon, Nimes, der Camargue usw. ideal. Die Pont du Gard ist quasi um die Ecke. Der Supermarkt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Haus, Garten und Pool sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es war ein herrlicher Aufenthalt. Sehr empfehlenswert!"
