"The property is easily accessible from Gare du Nord, by walking. Of course other modes of transport like the metro and buses are also available. The host, Andrea, is very welcoming and provided more than adequate instructions and helpful tips."

"Arrivée en autonomie parfait, mais remise des clés au départ à l'agence, un peu contraignant. Soliane qui était notre hôte etait très disponible et sympathique pour préparer au mieux notre arrivée. L'appartement est très bien placé, une belle vue sur la mer, une place de parking très appréciée. Un immeuble et une entrée/hall très propre avec ascenseur. L'appartement est grand, une belle salle à manger vue sur mer, cuisine ouverte bien équipée. Une très belle chambre avec vue également sur la mer avecune literie impeccable. Très bien isolé du bruit de la rue. Une salle de bain avec douche, parois de fermeture de la cabine de douche à revoir. Toilette séparé, 2 lits superposés pour des enfants, une belle entrée. Pour finir un grand balcon terrasse, un plus..."
"We absolutely enjoyed staying at this apartment! It is beautifully decorated and the owners really did a good job in efficiently using the space while still keeping it cozy. They even have a working washing machine! Plus it was perfectly clean, no spot of dirt or dust to be found. Not even under the bed (I tend to drop my stuff underneath the bed, which is why I checked before we left ☺️). Parking was possible in the street just in front of the building but it really depends on what time you arrive. The later the evening, the harder it gets to find a parking spot. But during Daytime I would say it’s not a problem at all. It was affordable without sacrificing quality, meaning an overall beautiful city sanctuary 😇"
