"Nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié de ne pas avoir de serviettes et draps de bain d'autant que nous nous en sommes rendu compte à une heure tardive ; nous ne pouvions pas interroger la propriétaire. Quand nous l'avons fait le lendemain, elle a proposé d'en apporter quelques unes "pour dépanner" mais ça n'était plus utile. Elle nous a dit que Booking persistait à l'indiquer alors qu'elle avait clairement signalé qu'elle n'en fournissait pas. J'avais spécialement vérifié dans la liste des équipements que le linge de maison était fourni (ce qui comprend les serviettes). Et nous sommes habitué à disposer de serviettes dans toutes nos réservations booking et airbnb. Nous étions 8 ; c'est très désagréable. J'ai aussi posé une question par sms avant notre arrivée sur le petit déjeuner. Je n'ai pas eu de réponse. Je voulais savoir notamment le type de machine à café..."

"Owners are French and Vietnamese. We speak neither language, yet they went to extreme measures to help us with the food menu. They called their daughter in Paris who helped translate the menu and explain my husband's fish allergy. We both opted for the Vietnamese food and we left it to the daughter to order for us. We had 3 courses and each was delicious!!! Highly recommend the beef satay soup with noodles and the dessert of banana.samosas were AMAZING."

"A good flat with everything that one would need for a few nights of stay. It was in a pleasant street with decent bakeries and restaurants nearby. Although I didn't need it, the metro was about a 2minute walk away from the property, so very handy. The sitting room was pleasant, and the beds were comfortable. Internet excellent."
