"Awesome, funky and very spacious accommodation. It was perfect and exceptionally comfortable. Great location and walking distance to plenty of restaurants, cafes and shopping. Beds are so comfortable. The Manager and owners were delightful and extremely helpful. Highly recommend."

"Very clean. Many restaurant around this gite. Well sound proofed 3 rooms are totally isolated from living room and Good for 2 toilet and 2 shower facility. Well equipped kitchen to cook and iron as well. Celine Tempez manager of this apartment is best of best who are very efficient and 100% available. I had never have such efficient manager. Nothing worry with her…Highly recommend this apartment."

"Die tolle außergewöhnliche Architektur macht dieses Apartment sehr besonders. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Sehr gute Ausstattung, es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße oder in der zugehörigen Garage. Gerne kommen wir wieder!"

"Un apartamento en un edificio antiguo, refaccionado, muy comodo, bien ubicado y con una decoracion fantástica. Estaba totalmente equipado y con articulos de primera calidad. Hasta un vino de cortesia nos dejo la anfitriona. Celine estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada, fue muy amable. Un sitio con detalles muy cuidados. sin dudas, volveria."

"We are an English family of x4 with a 15&16 year old. The house was beautiful, spacious & everything you could possibly need. It felt very clean & luxurious. The owner had left items such as paddle boards, bikes, electric scooters, pool/ping pong table, PS4, pizza oven, coffee maker to name a few examples which allows guests to use as though their own. The pool is a great addition, even having the lake so close we used it as we did the hot tub. The rooms are all to a high spec and the whole house feels secure with electronic gates, electronic blinds and locking systems. The owners even gave our children free tickets to the local inflatable water park. Currently the best house we have stayed as a family & we would absolutely love to come back one day."

"Fantastic location, 100 metre walk to beach, supermarkets nearby in all directions, surrounded by restaurants and bars. Great service by staff Claude. Nice is such an amazing city, probably our favourite French city! Plus they had the UN Ocean Conference which made the city very alive. Having the washing machine and plenty of sunlight to wash and dry clothes was fantastic travelling with a family ."
