"Our hosts were the best. So welcoming and keen for us to be comfortable, and to have everything we needed. The best place to experience peace and quiet and a view of a French vineyard. Comfortable deck chairs, and a glass of wine, blue sky and green countryside. Perfect. A short drive to Saint Emilion and also a 30 minute train trip to Bordeaux from nearby Libourne. And the washing machine was so convenient after travelling for 3 weeks."

The breakfast is exquisite and the facilities are excellent. The high ceilings give all the rooms a real sense of grandeur, making it feel like a very high class hotel.
