"This place is absolutely amazing. A 1000 year-old monastery transformed into a luxury boutique hotel. This is our second time there, and we’re in love. The owners are wonderful and we always feel so welcome there. This time, for my mother’s 70th birthday, we decided to also book their fine dining restaurant “La Table”, by chef Jean-Paul Tossens. What an incredible experience this was. This restaurant really deserves a star ⭐️ I would absolutely recommend to anyone traveling to the South West of France to make it a priority. You will not regret it. If you’re familiar with the term “surprise and delight”… it is it in the very shape and form."
