L'Oustalet
"We just got back from our trip to France. Nice was amazing and it seems that we picked a great location to enjoy our vacation - L'Oustalet. The place has fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub, confortable bedroom and spatious livingroom. There is a beautiful shaded terrace to enjoy coffee and home cooked meals. The host was really understanding regarding our late arrival from the airport, we managed to be there around 22.30. Beside the keys, he gave us very helpful information regarding places to visit, means of transportation, etc. The location is at 30 min with tram from the city center (for ex. place massena) but the silence and clean air definetly worth the commute."

"We stayed here for 1 week to explore the French Riviera and we really really enjoyed! The accommodation is located in a good area just outside of the busy center of Nice but close to everything with the bus, scooter, car,… All facilities for the kitchen, bathroom, living room etc were provided and the outside area of the accommodation is ofcourse the biggest asset! You basically have everything you need. Price - quality is 100% correct."

"The accommodation was perfect; it was clean, had everything we needed, and more, and with the pool and jacuzzi for hours of fun for our kids. The host was very friendly, had everything set up before we came and checked in every once in a while, for questions we might have, which he answered instantly. Perfect stay 👍🏼"

"I stayed for 1 week to attend the 24 Hours of Le Mans: the room is in a village 35 minutes away from the Circuit de La Sarthe, and there's everything you could need. In the room there's a comfy bed, microwave and things for breakfast, and the host also gave me a mini fridge for beverages. Bathroom and shower are not private, but they are good and also in one week I never found them occupied. In front of the house there's a big free parking, and in 5 minutes walk time you can get groceries and food. The Host is very kind and helpful, and even if he speaks very little English we communicated with no problems via Google Translate"
