"The apartment was excellent and spacious. Anne-Marie our host was very friendly and helpful and spoke fluent English. Very nice surroundings in the grounds and village."
"The one downside for us which is not the host's fault was the location. To get to La Rochelle or other main town attractions it was a bit of a journey."
"Medieval Magic is an attractive, well-equipped apartment in a historic property with secure parking provided for guests. The swimming pool is a bonus on hot days and all of Vouvant's amenities are a short stroll away. There is a boulangerie, as well as a small shop for basic food supplies and several casual dining spots. Shady forest walks are close by and the local tourist information office can provide all the necessary information. Thanks are due to lovely Anne-Marie, who waited patiently and greeted us warmly, despite our unexpected delay due to slow traffic the day we arrived. Her helpfulness and cheerful welcome got the stay off to the best possible start. Vouvant itself is delightful."

"Very nice apartment, with on-site parking in a secure, gated setting. The apartment is well-equipped in a lovely building. Anne-Marie, who manages the property for the owner, could not have been more helpful. Her insights and the information she provided about Vouvant and the surrounding area were invaluable."

"Unfortunately there were a few unexpected fees for a late check in and an early check out. And the only negatives inside the apartment are that there was no full length mirror, and it was extremely hot so air con, perhaps an air con unit would make the stay far more comfortable."
