"A Perfect Family Getaway at Villa Eve! We had a wonderful stay at Villa Eve in Châteauneuf-Villevieille. The location is peaceful and scenic, offering a relaxing escape with stunning views of the surrounding hills. The villa itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for our family was the swimming pool—clean, well-kept, and perfect for both adults and kids. Our children absolutely loved it and spent hours splashing around and enjoying the sunshine. It really added a fun and refreshing touch to our holiday. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality and attention to detail made a big difference and truly elevated our experience. "The apartment is beautiful - located in a historic buiding. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. upon arrival we found delicious breakfast items in the fridge and a generous supply of L'or coffe capsules. Private parking was most appreciated in central Le Mans. The central heating was progammed to remian on during the cold snap - so it was lovely and warm upon our arrival. The owner is incredibly thoughtful - everything was provided for - Bravo!"

"Location was very convenient for access to the town, restaurants and the waterside/promenade walks. Surprisingly quiet overnight. Lounge very comfortable and spacious. Kitchen appeared to offer all facilities but we ate out apart from breakfasts Beds were very comfortable too. The Boulanger's closeness was great for fresh breakfast croissants etc. You could smell the bread when stepping out the door!"
