"The host was ever so helpful and left me very clear instructions, she was proactive in contacting me before I arrived (a day early) which was wonderful because I was busy and forgot to. The place itself was wonderful for a solo traveller, cheerful, cosy, well heated, a beautiful view. Yes it’s not a luxury apartment but it felt like luxury to me as all I needed was a cosy, clean, functional little nest that was within my budget."

"Great location. The owner and host were very nice and helpful. We had most things that we needed. Practical accommodation and it looked like the photos. Good shower. The sofa bed was slightly creaky, but it was functional and comfortable. The view from the balcony was awesome. Straightforward check-in and checkout. We enjoyed our stay."

"Emplacement top (commerces et restaurants à proximité), personnel disponible pour récupérer l’appartement rapidement, appartement fonctionnel pour un couple qui passe la plus part de ses journées à l’extérieur. La petite terrasse est très sympa. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et plutôt bien équipée."

"Le canapé lit est très vieillissant et pourrait être changé et le matelas n’est plus confortable."

"Pas de parking. Aucunes places gratuites à proximité. Nous avons été obligés de nous garer à l'entrée de la ville sur un parking souvent complet."

"L'emplacement de la maison est fabuleux, petit déjeuner face à la mer tous les matins au calme car la plage devant est peu fréquentée, passage de bateaux de course et vieux gréement. Accès facile par le bateau à Lorient, Port Louis et Groix Plage devant la maison : petit endroit sans algues, eau claire mais prévoir des chaussures car il y a des cailloux, sinon, de nombreuses plages sont présentes sur la presqu'île ou la dune pour tous les goûts. Maison confortable avec équipements de qualité. Une douche italienne remplace la baignoire, et avec vue sur la mer !"

"This is a beautiful, original chateau that's remained in the same family since the 1600's (part of the original building dates from 1300). Dont go here if you're looking for luxurious splendour, mini bars and pamper days. DO go here if you're looking for French authenticity set in a stunning landscape, peace and tranquility. Its a B&B but there's a fabulous Relais just across the road. The host is a lovely lady who made us so welcome. Breakfast was wonderful and all made / sourced / grown in the surrounding villages. Rooms are very much 'original' with few mod cons by todays standards but in times gone by they would have been considered resplendent. We loved every moment here and enjoyed walking up through the vineyards before we left."

"Parfait endroit au calme et au frais ! Maison tout confort ! Des lits à n’en plus finir ! Nos enfants ont pu choisir ! Chien non admis à l’étage ce qui est normal vu le parquet qui brille ! "We had an amazing stay at Le Mas Sérénité. The owners Lara and Moudi were one of the warmest and friendliest hosts we've encountered in our travels. We had a charming apartment within a villa and had all the amenities we needed. The room was large, very clean and air conditioned. We had beautiful natural surroundings with plenty of space for walks, relaxation and privacy. The owners were so kind and generous - they provided us with fresh bread, pastries, fresh fruit and delicious cherry tomatoes from their farm. The pool was very relaxing, well maintained and didn't use any unnecessary chemicals. My wife and I wished we could have stayed for longer as it was the perfect serene location for exploring the area. They also had friendly pets :)"
