Located near Bordeaux Lac, at the gates of Bordeaux's vineyards and a 15-minute tram ride from the centre of town, the stylish Pullman Bordeaux hotel has a restaurant with a bar, a gym and free high-speed WiFi access throughout the hotel. "A young member of staff at reception called Solena, was very professional kind and helpful, who also spoke brilliant English. However, we believe she lost her job and that was her last day. It is very shortsighted of the management team to sack such a valuable young member of staff."
"Hard to fault anything. Great location, beautiful golf courses. Room was amazingly comfortable and clean. Evening meal was near Michelin star quality without the price tag and all staff were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay again but for longer next time."
