"Excellent location. About 1 minute on foot from the closest metro station. Great food nearby (we recommend Bistro Cyrano) and easy access to tourist sights."
"The hot water did not work the first night. The host was very responsive and kept us updated on the status. A plumber was called the next day (a Sunday) and it was fixed."

The appartment is huge, with a total of 10 sleeping places if needed (not even counting the couch)! Location towards Metro absolutely acceptable walk. And from the Metro it's easy to get anywhere in Paris."

"We stayed in the apartment for over a month. At the start, the collection of keys was easy with clear instructions provided. The communication via chat was always efficient and friendly, any maintenance issues were resolved in a timely manner. The location of the property is perfect for access of all central Nice attractions by walking and there’s many shops and restaurants right outside. The property has all the necessary appliances for cooking, as well as for laundry and cleaning."
