"On the last day of winter, it was a warm safe place overlooking the sea, and a glimpse from my room. In need of updating in general, but still valid (really good A/C, TV, fridge, and kettle + coffee), and an elegant bathroom with its own powerful heating. High price, no elevator."

The apartment had all the amenities that you need and is brilliantly located to be able to enjoy Cannes without having to deal with any noise at night.
