Superb modern apartment

"Very nice location+ quiet, supermarkets nearby. There was a washing machine which was much needed after a long trip, hot water, clean bathroom with 2 sinks makes it usable for 2 people at the same time , nice beds with fresh bedsheets. Good value for money we paid"

"I must say that it was worrying to check in. the owner didn’t send the code on time, it was hard to reach out to the owner because they didn’t reply quickly so I contacted twice the customer service team-thanks Elena V who called me to make sure I got into a flat and the owner for replying to my calls and saying I can call whenever I need, situation was sorted but I was stressed out"

"Value for money spacious apartment. 10 minutes from metro number 13 line and 20 minutes from line 14. Also there are a lot of busses passing by. Quiet area, clean 15 minutes from the city center if Clichy As a house it had almost everything we needed."

"No tv programs because no antenna was connected to the tv set, no internet. The mattress of the bed was very loose and no so comfortable."

Metro is just several minutes of walking distance from the apartment. Apartment rental is with the covered garage and is included in the price."

"A bit complicated picking up of the keys and beeper for the garage as well as finding parking place. However, easily overcome with good communication of the host. Even though booked the apartment for 4 adults the sofa bed linens were not prepared, but found ourselves on the site."

"Inizialmente avevo un po' paura,avevo letto delle recensioni sulla pulizia che mi spaventavano, invece al contrario ho trovato un appartamento spazioso luminoso comodo dal mobilio nuovo e molto pulito, le lenzuola addirittura erano state lavate la mattina stessa. Io non capisco perché vengono lasciate recensioni così brutte come se su booking le persone dovessero concedere ville lussuose a prezzi stracciati; Signori se cercate il lusso spendete soldi e non cercate di rovinare le attività delle persone!!! Lo stabile si trova in una zona periferica molto tranquilla con a disposizione bar, ristoranti supermarket ma soprattutto la metro 13 che permette di raggiungere il centro di Parigi in breve tempo. La proprietaria non l'ho mai incontrata ma è stata subito pronta a risolvere un problema appena ne ho avuto bisogno. Le chiavi si ritirano in un hotel vicino la struttura (semplicissimo da fare) e vengono riconsegnate sempre allo stesso hotel."

"Großes Appartement, allerdings sehr einfach eingerichtet. Die Matraze des Bettes im Schlafzimmer ist sehr weich: für Gäste, die es mögen. Wasser in der Dusche ist schnell warm !!! Das ist super !!!"

"Konnte kein Fernsehen schauen, da eine Batterie in der Fernbedienung gefehlt hatte. Auch gibt es keine Anleitung, wie man TV sehen kann, da es über Free geht und so was nur in Frankreich gibt."
