"Appartement confortable, relativement bien équipé et bien exposé (terrasse appréciée à cette époque d'avril , par contre pas de parasol) Ancienne résidence Odalys dont la situation sur les hauteurs de Balaruc les Bains permet difficilement de se rendre à pieds au bord de l'étang et du centre village (belle grimpette au retour)"
