Villa Nice

"The host Marie is a genuinely lovely person. Was more than accommodating with anything we needed and went above and beyond expectations to ensure we had a great experience. The home was lovely and clean with good facilities throughout. We would recommend anyone planning to stay near Paris to stay at this beautiful little home ."

(5 minutes a pied)"

"Perfect holiday home! Comfortable beds, great shower, fluffy towels 😄, and a well equipped kitchen. A friendly host. A home from home. Thank you Jeanine!"

"This charming house is very spacious and supplied with everything you need. It is surrounded by a large garden, with many trees, roses, lavender and wildlife. Don't forget to bring your binoculars for we've spotted many birds (like owl, yellow oriole, woodpecker), hare and squirrels. The location is very central in the Loire region and many touristic spots are within a 45 min drive. The beds are very good, comfortable shower, the SPA is nice, and due to thick outer walls the house is at a constant 18-19 degree C. Communication with the owner was good, quick, friendly and (for us very nice) in English. All the ingredients one would need for a relaxing holiday."

"Very nice small apartment. It had all the items we needed for our stay. Comfortable bed. Good shower. View over the golf course and sun on the balcony until early evening. We will stay again if we are in the area."

"Beautiful peaceful property with lots of facilities for families including free bikes, football and mini golf. Look out for the deer in the back garden!"
