"The location was great for us -- near Brewery Square and close to the place we were visiting. There were breakast places close too. The house was lovely and full of character. The room was clean, comfortable, and elegant. Having parking on-site was a plus. We'll come back again when we're in the area."

"It was difficult to sit and work/use a laptop in the evening. There was a small table but it was too low and so I had to sit on the edge of the bed and use one of the tall ornamental chests of drawers which was a bit uncomfortable for me."

"Great communication prior to our arrival, with clear info about parking. Friendly and warm welcome. Our room was palatial, very warm and cosy. A really good night’s sleep in a very comfy bed and so quiet considering the very central location. Ideally placed for eateries and the town centre. The decor was quirky and a bit tired in places, but full of character. We’d definitely go back."
