"Бяхме в стая под нивото на сградата. Влажна, тъмна и студена. Подземие. Помолихме да пуснат парното, но на другите им било топло и ни донесоха един радиатор за 2 часа. Естествено, че като си го взеха отново стана много студено. Мебелите са от времето на рицарите. Доста занемарено като цяло."

Very close to all.the eminities you will need, If your staying in edinbrugh i highly recomend leith house for your stay you wont regret it."

"The location was great, a comfortable and accessible area, with transportation (but we always walked everywhere), supermarkets, restaurants and breakfast places. The room provided free coffee and tea, comfortable bed, hot water for shower, champoo, shower gel and towels. There was heating in the room."

"We asked in advance for late check-in but unfortunately no one was there to meet us, we had to call for someone to come open the door (but it was really fast). Regarding cleanliness: The bathtub was dirty (looks like a good scrub would easily fix it!). The kettle was dirty too, which made it impossible to enjoy the free coffees and teas. There were cobwebs in part of the room. The key to the bedroom also opened the front door, which led us to be worried if other guests could easily open our bedroom door. We were unsure if we could leave any valuables in the room. The room is carpeted but we could feel the floor was not in good shape under the carpet, like if it was broken."

"However, the quality of the room is dramatic. The floor and the bed are creaking, the bathrooms's door makes a squeking nosise. You can hear all your neighbours talks. There is no info that room is cleaned every day."

"A nice, unpretentious but cosy hotel near Leith and 20 mins walk to Princes Street. Quite old fashioned in style but pleasant for that."
