"What I liked the most was, without a doubt, the host’s attention. Simply exceptional. Always attentive, giving advice on what to visit in the area, making your stay as easy, comfortable, and pleasant as possible. The guesthouse itself is spotless, the location ideal — I can only say everything was perfect."

Our booking description on the rooms & no of beds aren't the same, i have to contact the owner to get me another xtra beds. Also, 1 of the unit we gotten a rocking bed frame.

"Чудесно ново място, в ИДЕАЛНИЯ център - точно 20 секунди пеша - и си пред Катедралата!!! Идеална чистота, идеално поддържано. Всички удобства за този тип хотели - като, няколко тоалетни и бани, кухня с възможност да направиш топла напитка - налични. Добра комуникация и опция за настаняване в късен час."

Някои от стаите са с прозорци към улицата - ако сте с чувствителен сън, преценете, може да не е вашият вариант ( или уточнете този момент в чата с администрацията). Чудесно би било, ако се помисли за климатик или вентилатор. Защото август беше горещ и ставаше доста топло в стаята през деня.

Very friendly staff who let us keep our freezer packs in their freezer. We went kayaking for one night, could leave our car at their parking lot, and when we came back we could use their facilities to get a fresh water shower."

"This is a family recreational resort with some dorms. Mine was inside the main building near the inside pool and table tennis area. The showers and two toilets are those used by the pool guests. I was fortunate to have only one female dorm mate. There are lockers outside in the hallway and you are given a room key. The manager kindly lent me sheets. I liked the location in the woods not far from the pedestrian street."

The kitchen could use some new utensils. There were no cups or glasses, just some plastic cups.

"Rooms were nice, bed comfortable. My room was located on 2nd floor, although i did not have any problems with stairs, one should know that there is no lift for people."

"absolutely top ', nice and kind is the owner. We were absolutely excited by breakfast - everything was fresh and homemade and we got the stories about all products which were used. We loved it and we will come with pleasure again. We can only recommended. and like a bonus, we can stay with our small dog, what was the first time in the existence of this hotel. Thank you again. "The staff were so helpful and friendly, Gigi speaks fluent English which is pretty rare in Mongolia so that made it easy. They also were super helpful when my partner left his phone in a taxi from the airport- they got it back! The rooms were big, warm and clean, the shower was hot and the view was nice."

We arrived at midnight and the entrance is a dark scary looking carpark, the door is steel and we couldn’t work out how to get in. The hostel is on the 4th floor so good idea to get a SIM card (free from airport) and call when you arrive if you get stuck. A helpful man in the carpark helped us get in which was so lucky. We would stay again, next time we’ll know how to get in!

Access was an initial challenge as this was not automated so you cannot let yourself in and had to wait until someone respond to the telephone! A ringing doorbell at the gate or at the front door would be helpful!
