"A very nice accommodation on the outskirts of the city of Gjirokastër. Very close to the main road. Ideal for anyone traveling by car since there is a private comfortable parking. A wonderful breakfast is offered. Access by car to the old town is in 3 minutes, where there is a comfortable covered parking for only 2 euros for three hours. Miri and Iola answered every question we had and helped us with everything we needed. It is a top and at the same time economical accommodation."

"It's not just "a hotel", it an immersive experience of Armenian hospitality in a beautiful, very neatly kept private home. You are a personal guest of a beautiful family, the breakfast is served every morning on a crispy white table linen. The place provides a lot of comfort and privacy. I really enjoyed my stay."

I simply didn't get why some taxi drivers do not enter the driveway, preferring to pick-up or drop 20 meters away, on a crossroad. The street is open both ways. But that's rather a question to the taxi services.

Pain et viennoiseries extra. Stationnement pratique devant le portail dans une impasse. Anne est reactive, chaleureuse, attentionnée et de bons conseils. "性價比非常高，在跨年連假每間飯店都誇張亂漲房價的時候，只有這間飯店提供合理的價格，真的很棒！ 房間跟陽台都非常大，隱密性也不錯，床雖然很軟但支撐性很高，睡得很好。 房間還有提供冷暖氣，風量很大也很強；浴室也很大，且水熱得速度很快，水壓也不錯，且淋浴間地板有止滑，很棒。 有很多停車位，附近也有很多好吃的餐廳，民宿外的草地區也讓人很放鬆。 沒有提供冰塊，但跟住宿方詢問就會提供，滿棒的，住宿還有提供飲水機甚至是電梯，很棒。 另外個人常常覺得住宿提供的肥皂太大塊，沒用完很浪費，此住宿提供的肥皂較小，比較環保，退房沒用完也不會心疼。"

櫃檯的右側有貼歡迎使用信用卡字樣，實際到現場卻無法刷卡只能付現，這點讓人不是很愉快。 C/I時間只到晚上九點，不確定九點過後是否還能入住，八點半左右就接到民宿方來電詢問是否要抵達了，讓人有壓力。 住宿本身非常安靜，但有遇到帶小孩的旅客小孩早上一直狂跑亂跳，也有遇到早上約七點開始使用鐵槌敲東西的聲音，雖然都被吵醒，但聲音都沒有持續很久。 另外個人覺得房內的沙發很硬。

"Everything was excellent! Perfect location, walking distance to the center. Incredible restaurant next door with very friendly prices and outstanding food. Jorge is the best host I have ever had. He is very friendly and very human person. We had our car broken and he had helped us to push the car to car service and let us to store our staff in his house off the charge. Rooms are very clean, good kitchen, incredible veranda with cool view and BBQ station, hot water, fast Wi-Fi. Totally recommend"

1 socket per room is very little. No heaters in the room so in the night (we were in August) is a little chill but blankets are warm

Staying in a whole house was great! The location allowed me to spend very quiet and comfortable nights. It was conveniently situated close to the coastal road and within easy walking distance. "The owner was lovely. The room had a sea view and the balcony was equipped with chairs, table and umbrella to enjoy some sea breeze even on a sunny day. Good parking space by the house, which is located short distance away from the buzz of the city promenade. Price is very reasonable for the high level of comfort, cleanness and friendly attitude. Our stay was so pleasant that after unexpectedly coming back to Ulcinj couple days after our first stay, we chose this accommodation again."
