The hotel is located only a 2 minute walk from the central square and I highly recommend this tiny little gem of a hotel to anyone thinking of visiting Brugge."

"Such a cozy and homey place to stay! The house itself is 254 years old, full of charm and character. The owner was so welcoming and shared the amazing story of how it was his great-great-grandfather who built it, such a cool piece of history. I also got to go up to the roof, which had a beautiful view overlooking the city and the neighborhood. Definitely made the stay extra special"

"The owner was lovely. The room had a sea view and the balcony was equipped with chairs, table and umbrella to enjoy some sea breeze even on a sunny day. Good parking space by the house, which is located short distance away from the buzz of the city promenade. Price is very reasonable for the high level of comfort, cleanness and friendly attitude. Our stay was so pleasant that after unexpectedly coming back to Ulcinj couple days after our first stay, we chose this accommodation again."

"My bedroom was in the basement, it was dark, and there was a cold air-con unit in the ceiling which i could not adjust. The lamp at the bedside was broken. Downstairs lounge area was very dark, and had a small kitchenette attached. Place was convenient for US border, but far from downtown Vancouver."

Found the bedroom and entrance room dark and in the basement. It did not look at all like the photos.

"Everything was amazing, from each and every point of view. It's the type of accommodation you'd chose again and again. Josie is the best host someone could ask for - she is very attentive to the guests and always prepared to help or to recommend places for maximising the experience of tourists. The place overall and the room were not only super clean and comfortable (I literally slept like a baby, haha), but equipped with all the necessary things for a great stay. "Large comfortable room. Good breakfast and dinners. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. In particular the brother of the manager who covered food, service and many other things. Along with another young man who did likewise, plus he did an excellent job of guiding us on a hike through Palm Gardens and Gorge Du Todra. When we were making our booking we enquired about access as we were planning a long trip with heavy luggage. We were told in advance that there is a steep path and stairs from the road but that we would have our luggage transfered for us by staff and Jack the donkey. On arrival and departure that was done by the staff and lovely healthy looking well cared for Jack. So our stay was overall very good."

The only things were the mounting bracket for the shower head in the bathroom faces the head straight out. No big problem for us as we just held it by hand. But some people may not be comfortable doing that and a new mounting bracket would be a good idea. The second thing was a leak from the pipe suppling the bathroom sink. Which meant that the bathroom floor away from the shower was wet and could be slippery. There was a floor blade left in the bathroom to use but the leak would not be a major job to fix so would be worth doing.

"Very good location, close to the city beach , 5 min on foot. There is a pool on property which is very practical when it is hot during the day and you do not feel like walking to the beach. An outdoor kitchen is available, there is a gas stove, BBQ place etc, very useful for people wanting to cook. The apartment is clean, spacious and right for our group. The hosts are extremely nice people, ready to help when needed. I would definitely recommend this place to travellers! Thank you Safar guest house!"

"We were originally going to stay at the main Thermal Hotel, but saw this and the rating and thought why not, and so glad we did! The property is next door and in the centre, and the host is amazing. Guy called me ahead of arrival to tell me about location / access etc, and was the perfect host when we arrived. He had even set up the room TV including Netflix to our language. The rooms were not only spotless but modern with an elegant touch. Would definitely recommend."

"性價比非常高，在跨年連假每間飯店都誇張亂漲房價的時候，只有這間飯店提供合理的價格，真的很棒！ 房間跟陽台都非常大，隱密性也不錯，床雖然很軟但支撐性很高，睡得很好。 房間還有提供冷暖氣，風量很大也很強；浴室也很大，且水熱得速度很快，水壓也不錯，且淋浴間地板有止滑，很棒。 有很多停車位，附近也有很多好吃的餐廳，民宿外的草地區也讓人很放鬆。 沒有提供冰塊，但跟住宿方詢問就會提供，滿棒的，住宿還有提供飲水機甚至是電梯，很棒。 另外個人常常覺得住宿提供的肥皂太大塊，沒用完很浪費，此住宿提供的肥皂較小，比較環保，退房沒用完也不會心疼。"

櫃檯的右側有貼歡迎使用信用卡字樣，實際到現場卻無法刷卡只能付現，這點讓人不是很愉快。 C/I時間只到晚上九點，不確定九點過後是否還能入住，八點半左右就接到民宿方來電詢問是否要抵達了，讓人有壓力。 住宿本身非常安靜，但有遇到帶小孩的旅客小孩早上一直狂跑亂跳，也有遇到早上約七點開始使用鐵槌敲東西的聲音，雖然都被吵醒，但聲音都沒有持續很久。 另外個人覺得房內的沙發很硬。
