"The staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating. The restaurants on site were delicious and the wait staff was knowledgeable and friendly."

"All in all the service provided by the hotel during my 3 night stay was amazing. All the services requires are available and event it is more convenient with the additional hospitality provided by our host of the meeting PNG Customs."

The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding.

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

"Excellent location just above a lovely secluded beach. Quiet area. Well equipped kitchen facilities. Quirky small reception area with helpful staff. Some rooms w balconies with seaview. Excellent small restaurants close by. Polite unobtrusive cats."

The toiletries were not good - no shampoo, conditioner, tooth brush, vanity kit.

"It’s away from the tourist sites but literally a 9 min walk from the airport and we really didn’t notice the planes at all. Really big, comfortable room, great housekeeping, wonderful breakfast. Lovely pool and well equipped gym. Well priced car hire on site too."

We booked half board but it wasn’t clear that that didn’t include the evening buffet. This often meant we had to eat outside (it was cold) or in the bar (which is smoking) when the buffet was on. That being said, the food on the half board menu was amazing

Перфектна локация - на 2 минути пеша от всички магазини и ресторанти, чисти и големи стаи, прекрасен персонал и менидмънт, чудесна закуска! Разполага с подземен паркинг, което е голямо удобство. Сега ни бяха оставили кочплимент - два сладкиша, със саморъчно написана картичка, с която ни приветстваха, че отново сме тяхни гости. Миналата година бяхме три семейства, сега отседнахме шест семейства :)"

Не ми харесва, че като кажа, че хотелът е супер и следващия път може да няма места ;) Сега сериозно - няма нещо, което да не ни харесва!

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

"The hotel is in a very central location, meaning that you can easily navigate by foot or by taxi to many of the malls that you are close by. The breakfast is amazing and sufficiently varied to satisfy most palates."

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).

"Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."

Пристигнахме два часа по рано и въпреки това бяхме настанени. Паркирахме на улицата. Хотелът се намира на около 10 минути от центърът на града. Vielen Dank für alles! Gerne wieder!"

"Great resort with many swimming pools, even a shop. The food was good and varied. We only had breakfsat included but chose to have dinner here as well. Staff was super friendly."

"Hotel upgraded my room, they gave me a delux room instead of standard room. We've got dinner in the restaurant of the hotel. It was excellent!"

Furniture and rugs are a little old. Needs to be renewed.

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.
