No hot shower, which was inconvenient. Noisy installations that affected comfort (water pump, no well isolated for insects) The check-in process was a bit complicated, but since it's a family-run business, we were understanding.

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

"During our stay, my wife fell ill. Diagnosed with severe malaria, she was transferred from the over-worked Moroni public hospital to a private clinic (at the hotel’s initiative). Over the next week, the Retaj’s staff treated us both as family and could not have been more helpful."

Локацията на хотела е добра , но не е на пешеходно разстояние от центъра от 15 мин. както е описано ,а някъде около 40 / 50 мин.

I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

"Жената на рецепцията, която ни настани беше много мила.Отдели ни около половин час ,за да ни обясни откъде най-бързо ще стигнем до центърът на града и ни препоръча ресторанти и кафенета. Пристигнахме два часа по рано и въпреки това бяхме настанени. Паркирахме на улицата. Хотелът се намира на около 10 минути от центърът на града. Vielen Dank für alles! Gerne wieder!"
