"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

"Местоположение на хотела е на много добро растояние от стария град на 10 минути пеша . Стаята беше чиста има малка кухня със всичко необходимо за престоя на двама човека. Кухнята разполага с кафе машина микровълнова и котлони за готвене."

Перфектна локация - на 2 минути пеша от всички магазини и ресторанти, чисти и големи стаи, прекрасен персонал и менидмънт, чудесна закуска! Разполага с подземен паркинг, което е голямо удобство. Сега ни бяха оставили кочплимент - два сладкиша, със саморъчно написана картичка, с която ни приветстваха, че отново сме тяхни гости. Миналата година бяхме три семейства, сега отседнахме шест семейства :)"

Не ми харесва, че като кажа, че хотелът е супер и следващия път може да няма места ;) Сега сериозно - няма нещо, което да не ни харесва!

Furniture and rugs are a little old. Needs to be renewed.

"It’s away from the tourist sites but literally a 9 min walk from the airport and we really didn’t notice the planes at all. Really big, comfortable room, great housekeeping, wonderful breakfast. Lovely pool and well equipped gym. Well priced car hire on site too."

We booked half board but it wasn’t clear that that didn’t include the evening buffet. This often meant we had to eat outside (it was cold) or in the bar (which is smoking) when the buffet was on. That being said, the food on the half board menu was amazing

Пристигнахме два часа по рано и въпреки това бяхме настанени. Паркирахме на улицата. Хотелът се намира на около 10 минути от центърът на града. Vielen Dank für alles! Gerne wieder!"

"Das Zimmer war sauber und verfügt über eine Klimaanlage."

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

"Authentic building, clean and quiet. Quite a backyard of hustle Thamel. Spacious room, stable hot shower, the eco-conscious parts were highlights! The staff were more than helpful! Pitifully we just stayed for 2 nights and missed the yoga class. We had dinner and it was worth trying!"

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."

Some employees, in my opinion, have not been properly trained to charge all items such as water, tea, shampoo, toothbrush, towels, etc. when cleaning the room. I think this is a weakness that can be easily solved.

The pillow is square, large and uncomfortable. I got a pain in the neck because of it. The coffee in the breakfast buffet was so bad it was undrinkable.

"It's on the beach, right as you want it to be at a place like Turks. The atmosphere is, in general, very cozy, and the overall premises work well. It gives out a relaxed mood and the sea in front of the hotel is superb. They actually provide ice free of charge, which eventually proved to be very helpful. The room was quite good and spacious. They are, though, a bit old, but they still provide a good stay, and everything worked as expected."

The service at the restaurant is quite slow. Some technical stuff in the rooms can be improved, such as the shower and the sockets.

"Extremely cool hotel if you go for a Tatami room. I liked the setting near a temple and in a quieter neighborhood but not too far from central Kyoto's nightlife area."

Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

"We stayed one night at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is elegant and refined, with a great location. They even offered us free access to the spa, which was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. After a day navigating San Marino’s steep streets and steps, it was especially nice to return to such a cozy and relaxing hotel."

"Fantastic location right in the heart of the city. Good Breakfast, friendly staff, we arrived and was allocated a double but was quickly changed to a Twin room."

There is no wardrobe in the room and no hand tissue was provided. The price was very expensive for the room No shuttle to pick up from the airport

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.
