"Food was ok, the staff was amazing and made you feel extremely welcome, this was the first time staying at this hotel, and I have just re-booked for next year. The hotel was quite, but had it lively time with live music. Enjoyed myself so much. Breakfast was lovely and so was dinner."

The lighting in the room could have been better.

Не ми хареса, че не можеше да се доплати за вечеря, а първоначално пишеше, че е възможно. Шезлонгите се плащат на плажа.

"Island Hopper was recommended by a friend and didn't disappoint. The staff made us feel at 'home' right from the airport pick up. The beds are more comfortable than ours at home. The restaurant is also excellent! Hope to be back one day."

"The staff were beyond helpful! Very lovely location and has everything you need. Couldn't ask for more. I will definitely be staying here again in the future."

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

Комплексът е нов, на брега на солено езеро, има спа и възможност за процедури, масаж от азиатски персонал под ръководството на професионалист, прекрасен шеф готвач, който осигурява добро качество на храната. Персоналът е много отзивчив. Има парк наблизо. Истинска почивка."

Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

"Жената на рецепцията, която ни настани беше много мила.Отдели ни около половин час ,за да ни обясни откъде най-бързо ще стигнем до центърът на града и ни препоръча ресторанти и кафенета. Пристигнахме два часа по рано и въпреки това бяхме настанени. Паркирахме на улицата. Хотелът се намира на около 10 минути от центърът на града. Vielen Dank für alles! Gerne wieder!"

Локацията на хотела е добра , но не е на пешеходно разстояние от центъра от 15 мин. както е описано ,а някъде около 40 / 50 мин.

"Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

We did not know that we should climd a lot of stairs in order to reach the restaurant. It was difficult for our parents.

Main dining area felt rather utiltarian. Food was fine , service friendly. The bingo/ karaoke evening was good fun
