"I always have a great experience staying at this hotel, and as a frequent visitor, I appreciate the consistently high level of service. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the staff is welcoming and professional. A special thanks to Celine at the front desk—her warm and friendly demeanor makes every stay even more enjoyable. She always goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in and a pleasant stay. It’s a pleasure to return each time, and I highly recommend this hotel!"

"The location was good. The restaurant staff were great. Room was a bit dated but ok. Daily housekeeping."
"We were placed in a smoking room. The room smelled of cigarettes. Took a couple of days to get used to. The room is right next to a children's party function centre where screaming kids were heard till late. This probably only occurs on a Friday and Saturday night ."

"Excelent breakfast friendly staff parking protected inside the hotel"
"The staff were beyond kind! Everything we asked for was granted with a smile. They define customer service."
Richard Antico Borgo Petralia
"Basically everything - the location, the accomodation, the sauna, the host Denis and his communication. I've received all the info needed to get to the accommodation via whatsapp and whenever I needed something during my stay, he responded within 10 minutes."
Michal Agriturismo Dolce Colle
"Spacious and room. Very generous breakfast. Beautiful view on the mountains."
Paolo Motel Monterosa
"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
Travelling Palazzo Riario
"The decor was out of this world! Absolutely stunning place to stay, very luxurious at a great price. The particular suite we stayed had a fantastic jacuzzi bathtub which was a highlight. Also the reviews don't lie, the breakfast is quite the feast!"
Caroline Torre Di Vico Residenza D'Epoca
