"Comfortable stay, close to VET bus station which is why we chose here. Staff are kind and spoke good English. Free cold water dispenser in the lobby. Breakfast selection was massive, so many options."

"Although the selection was great, the cooked food was cold. I don’t mean luke warm I mean COLD so everything must of been say there a while. Shower was also very cold which was blamed on old pipes."

"Had to ask on our second day if there was hot water. Apparently it hadn’t been turned on. The running machine in the gym didn’t work which was a bit disappointing"

"The staff were very friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable with complimentary bottles of water. Breakfast was very good, the dinner at the restaurant was really delicious and prices of food and drinks were reasonable."

"The pool and rooftop area needs a thorough clean and revamp. It could be a nice space but it was a bit grotty and there was gripe around the water edge of the pool. The pool feels more like a large goldfish tank than a pool."
