"Прекрасно място за отдих. Усмихнати и услужливи на рецепция и ресторант. Стаите се почистват много добре. Ако се ползва автобус 10 или 12 от летището спирката е до Радисън което е близко до хотела. Препоръчвам хотела."

"Nice place to stay, good value for money. Location is also very nice if you're looking for a cozy stay. It's the old part of the city, not far from the riverside, no ugly skyscrapers and big empty streets (but if you'd like to feel the vibe of "big city" then definitely better find something on the left part of the river). Quite nice walkable area."

"Love the authentic old style vibe, location and general design. It is in a quiet area, with a nice garden and wi-fi worked well too. Staff was nice but not English speaking (or barely) if you need it. We didn't need it but others should know that they might have trouble communicating if they don't speak Russian (or Kazakh :)."
