"The staff around the resort was very welcoming and helpful. The benefit of the free shuttle into the Medina was excellent with drivers being very kind as well. The 3 bedrooms lodge was lovely, had everything we needed and was comfortable with good sized rooms. The water pressure in the showers could be even better, but not an issue. We had an exceptional bad weather front and the staff helped with the rain/hail; unusual and not an issue. The location of the resort allowed to go into the Medina and escape as well. The restaurant had a small and good menu, with the food being excellent throughout our stay for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thank you very much for the hospitality and help in booking excursions."

"There was nothing that impacted our holiday negatively. The water pressure in the showers could be even better. There were works going on for expansion of the resort, that did not impact us and it will be interesting to see how the resort will develop further."

"We loved this hotel & would definitely return. Having your own lodge & garden is great with kids. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, the site was beautiful and very relaxing. The pool we had use of was great with the kids. Breakfast was very good and the dinners were good too. The neighbouring restaurant La Paillote was also excellent. Having the shuttle into Marrakech was also very helpful."

"The main pool was closed & we were only told the day before - more advance warning would have been helpful, we’d have given the hotel a 10 if it wasn’t for this issue. We didn’t find the lounge area in the lodge very comfortable. This is not the hotel’s fault, but the Oasiria water park website says it’s open from the last Friday of March, but it wasn’t - so we expected to be able to use the water park and we couldn’t"

"A real oasis. Such a pretty spot with very aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and private lodges with their own gardens. We loved the breakfasts and food at the hotel, and staff were all very friendly and helpful."

"We were staying out of season and the main pool was being refurbished though we were able to use the pool in the water park, it was a little disappointing."

"Lovely spot of calm & privacy in beautiful gardens away (but not too far) from the buzz of the city. The lodge format worked well for a family trip. Delicious food. Staff were attentive and pleasant."

"The rooms are excellent with a beautiful garden for each villa. It really is the nicest place we have stayed in Marrakesh and we keep going back! The staff are very warm and friendly and the facilities are perfect."

"It is a very minor thing because it is such an exceptional place, but I never find the sofa in the lounge area of the villas to be terribly comfortable or inviting! this is a minor thing when the weather is lovely as we are usually out on the sun lounges in the beautiful private garden of the villas."

"This is a new favourite, the team at the Oasis loaches were so attentive and very helpful, they went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Thank you to Karima, Souad and the lovely manager, I didn’t get to meet her in person but my mum sends her thank yous 😊"

"Fantastic environment, quiet and peaceful with very friendly helpful staff. Swimming pool and food were great, and water park a lot of fun. 15 min shuttle to town centre or to airport."

"Almost everything: location (very close to the airport and Medina), waterpark is a huge bonus, staff was kind, we had a great time"

"F&B in the main restaurant needs improvements: 1) breakfast was pretty basic, which is fine, but also there was only one person making eggs, so sometimes there would be a queue of 10 people waiting 2) not all staff was proactive, so when fresh orange juice would finish, we had to ask to refill it 3) almost every day we had to ask for salt and pepper as it wasn’t always on the table, same for tea spoons, so no consistency 4) dinner at the main restaurant was extremely poor, one of the dishes was grilled chicken with potatoes, it came cold (as the other main course), so we had to ask to heat it up, it came back slightly warmer, but not hot, and also it was tasteless, with any sauce at all, plain chicken skewers with plain potato cubes. So we ended up eating out every evening after that."
