"No lifts. Also, security safe did not work properly. It is not far from Zona Romantica but the road between is not easy to walk. So, you usually need to use Uber - which is cheap but sometimes difficult to find (due to low mobile network connectivity during high season)."

"Great location away from downtown.Amazing ocean views. Clean and comfortable. It's walking distance to playa Conchas Chinas where there's plenty of beach. Short walk to Oxxo store for snacks and necessities. Great view from the terrace but only two loungers available. Quick taxi or bus ride to Malecon and downtown Very safe area."

"Limited amenities, very small beach but great area for swimming. Very small pool and fills up quickly but I was only there for two nights and it was perfect for my needs."

"Breakfast and dinners were very good. Location is great. Wonderful view of the ocean from the lovely balconies. Easy to catch a cab into the old town for a visit or dinner but we still felt somewhat secluded from the busy downtown."

"The only thing they should work on is getting better priority on the beach. I asked to take some chairs from the neighboring hotel and I was told I could only use part of the beach. Perhaps some more chairs and umbrellas for the Marboka people"

"Beautiful waterfront views from our balcony. Modern, well appointed room, with quiet, split air-conditioning. The tiled accent walls in the rooms are lovely. Friendly and helpful staff, from front-desk to cleaning and maintenance personnel."

"Quite expensive given the limited facilities at the hotel. There is one, smaller pool, with only a couple of lounge chairs, which seems to be it for facilities. There are no food services offered, no elevators, and no real beach access or palapas. The small beach area in front of the hotel is underwater at high tide, but is pretty much completely reserved for the residences next door anyways."

"Need more parking spots, even if there is a short walking distance in between, feeling safe for letting the car in a secure place is a plus. Their own restaurant or an agreement with the local one to include the meals in the bill might be really convenient."

"Amazing location south of Zona Romantica. Bus stop and taxis right outside on the main Rd. Hotel has access to the beach and a restaurant underneath. Super staff, clean comfortable rooms. We had an absolutely fab stay. Great location if you want to beautiful views and to be close to but not in the centre of the action. We were able to walk into town along the beach but you would probably want to take transport if you were traveling with small kids as it wouldn't be ideal for a stroller."
